Our Fruits &
Passion boutiques provide customers with a variety of top-quality fragrance,
body care and home ambiance collections. As manager trainer, you’ll be
responsible for the administrative, retail and operational duties necessary to
run our boutique located at Metropolis at Metrotown. Your goal will be to
maximize sales and optimize your customer service as per our standards and
effectively manage your staff and stock. Also, you will be supervising a total
of three (3) boutiques in British Columbia with the support of your Senior
District Manager.

- Hold a college
diploma in administrative studies or possess experience in a similar
position
- Be able to
manage a sales team
- Be an

- Have a knack for
interpersonal relations and communication
- Have a proactive
attitude and a solid sense of initiative
- Care about the well-being
of customers and employees
- Be available and
flexible when it comes to scheduling
- Have mobility to be on the road one (1) day per
week to visit the other boutiques in the territory
- Be knowledgeable
about fine fragrances and personal care products (an asset)
