    Coordinator, Customer Service


    The holder of this position is responsible for advising and assisting clients, or representatives, regarding any request inherent to orders of Fruits & Passion products. He also performs various administrative and clerical tasks in order to insure efficient functioning of operations.

    More precisely, the position holder takes on the following responsibilities:

    • Collect and manage complaints received over the phone or via email or fax, and find arrangement  satisfactory to both parties; upholding an approach that corresponds to the company’s values;
    • Transfer the various questions or requests to proper department or party;
    • Acquire thorough knowledge of products and their properties in order to advise clients accurately and offer superior service;
    • Receive orders from independent clients as wells as from the transactional site and enter data to Accpac system;
    • Process all request of modifications to orders in a timely manner and make sure client  and concerned parties are notified of measures undertaken;
    • Verify order/credit information and make sure they comply with minimum standards required;
    • Monitor orders’ status (back-order items, delivery problems);
    • In case of error (missing items, invoiced back-order items), investigate and apply necessary modifications;
    • Carry out all tasks in connection to return of merchandise (authorization number, merchandise replacement, follow-up and verification of data) and issue requests for credit;
    • Contribute efficient and assorted administrative support to representatives;
    • Refer new clients to representatives;
    • Ensure good communication between representatives and Head Office.

    • College diploma in Administration or equivalent;
    • 3 to 5 years client service experience in similar position;
    • Excellent interpersonal skills, diplomacy, client oriented and demonstrate great interest in offering superior service;
    • Resourceful, pro-active, self-reliant, flexibility and able to handle stressful situations;
    • Bilingualism essential (French and English, spoken and written).
