A baby can be massaged from birth, providing an opportunity for quality time to help you bond with him or her.

How to use

  • In a calm and relaxed atmosphere, preferably after a bath, pour a few drops into the palms of your hands. Massage in gently, beginning with the feet and legs. Keep one hand in contact with skin at all times, even when adding extra oil.

  • Use firm yet gentle pressure rather than soft, superficial strokes (knead rather than lightly rub skin). Pay close attention to baby’s reaction and softly speak or sing to make baby feel safe.
