Shopping cart

Any items you place in your shopping cart during your visit to fruits-passion.com will appear in your shopping cart when you proceed to check out. If you do not wish to order all of the selected items, view your cart and then click “Delete” beside the product you wish to remove.

You can also change the quantity of each item ordered. Enter the number of items you wish to order in the appropriate box. Then click on “Recalculate.” Your order total will be updated based on the new information entered.

When you click on the green “Continue” button, you will have to complete five quick steps (adding your items to the shopping basket is the first). Your credit card information will be confirmed during the fourth step. Your credit card will be billed when we process your order. Your order will not be finalized nor will your card be debited unless you click “I agree”.

An order confirmation will then appear on the screen and an email will also be sent to the address you provided.

Shopping Cart Summary

A summary of your shopping cart contents will display at all times in the right-hand column while you are shopping. This will allow you to see at a glance which items you have selected as well as any promotions you are eligible for. You can make changes to your shopping cart at any time by clicking on the “Change my order” button.

Payment and Billing

We are unable to accept payments by cash or cheque for online transactions.

Fruits & Passion accepts the following credit cards:

• MasterCard

The purchase price for each product ordered is the one that appears alongside that product on the website.

Delivery costs and all applicable sales taxes are over and above the product price (except where it is indicated that delivery is included).

Fruits & Passion reserves the right to change the price of any product offered on the website at any time and without prior notice.

Delivery times and cost

All prices indicated below are in U.S. dollars (US). Click here for Canadian site delivery charges.

Fruits & Passion delivers to every state in the United States with the exception of Alaska, Puerto Rico and Hawaii. We do not deliver outside of Canada and the United States.

Delivery times

Items will be shipped as soon as possible by Fruits & Passion upon approval of your order and according to the delivery option you selected on the website. Delivery costs and times may vary depending on the destination, delivery method, and product availability. Delivery time is calculated from the time your order leaves the Fruits & Passion warehouse (Monday to Friday).

• No deliveries shall be made to post office boxes.
• We do not deliver outside Canada and United States.
• Fruits & Passion must obtain full payment for products prior to shipment.

Returns and exchanges

Promotional code

From time to time, Fruits & Passion uses promotional codes to offer customers discounts and special offers. These promotional codes must be entered in the Promotional code box at Step 1 of the check-out process. You may enter only one promotional code per order.

The codes may be sent out by email or published in magazines as part of an ad or joint offer.
